Honestly, dental visits are never my favorite, especially when it comes to tooth extraction. I usually feel very nervous. But my recent visit to Lilly Lake Dental was completely different - it was such a positive experience.

Dr. Sara Rahman did my extraction so smoothly that I was actually surprised. I felt zero pain during the procedure. That really showed me how skilled and experienced she is. She made me feel calm and safe the whole time.

Prabjot Kour was amazing as well. She supported the entire process with so much patience and care. She kept checking on me and made sure I was comfortable throughout.

At the beginning, Sweetie took my X-rays and explained everything clearly and kindly. She was very professional but also very friendly, which helped reduce my anxiety.

And I must mention the lovely office Manager Rose at the front desk — she welcomed me with such a warm smile and created a very pleasant atmosphere from the moment I walked in.

Because of a medication I was on, I experienced rapid tooth decay and significant dental issues. At the same time, I’m currently eight months pregnant with my third baby — three children in three years — and the back-to-back pregnancies have taken a real toll on my body, mental health, and overall well-being. I wasn’t just looking for routine dental care. I needed a team capable of handling serious surgical work while also helping me restore my confidence and smile.

Dr. Sara has been nothing short of incredible. She is exceptionally skilled, but what truly sets her apart is her compassion. She took the time to listen, to understand my goals, and to create a plan that addressed both the health and cosmetic aspects of my situation. I never once felt rushed, dismissed, or judged.

The entire team reflects that same level of care. Abby, the hygienist, is gentle, thorough, and incredibly reassuring — she made appointments feel comfortable instead of stressful. As someone who felt self-conscious about the work I needed done, that kindness mattered more than I can explain. Alexis, the dental assistant is personable, compassionate, and competent.

They’ve also prioritized appointments around my childcare schedule, which means everything as a busy mom. Not once did anyone make me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable about the condition of my teeth. Instead, I felt supported and respected every step of the way.

And Rose, the office manager, is truly one in a million. She goes far beyond what you’d expect from someone in her role, making patients feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. Her warmth sets the tone for the entire office.

This place is absolutely amazing, they never make you feel less than or shameful for the state your mouth may be in.
They go over and beyond to make sure everything is handled.
Not to mention how amazing they are with kids. Lord knows how wild my boys are.
They also will play whatever you’d want on the tvs.
Best part is they are fast and very welcoming.

I had Jessica clean my teeth and she did such a great job. She chatted to me while cleaning to keep my mind off of it. Asked me if I was doing okay several times. Wonderful experience and would recommend her to everyone. Rose at the front desk was very efficient at processing my claim and booking my next appointment. Because of a terrible experience having a dental procedure done as a teenager, I stayed as far away from dentists as possible. I decided it was time to see one sand chose this clinic based on reviews. Driving to my appointment was difficult because of not being able to push the gas pedal because my legs were shaking so bad.

Long story short, this entire clinic is phenomenal. The office administrator was super knowledgeable and very helpful. The dental assistant was a sweetheart and Dr. Sarah is truly amazing. She took 41 years of dental ptsd away for good. Her demeanour calmed me completely and she provided me with different solutions or remedies to my dental issues which was quite refreshing. There’s not many doctors in any field that care the way she does. 5 star review guaranteed and I will certainly recommend them.

I was really nervous going in as it was my first appointment and I had lots of pain. They were very thorough with next steps and telling me exactly what the issue/issues that were wrong. They were very professional and very very friendly. I can't wait to go back and get the rest of my issues dealt with!
